One week has passed. Today we cleaned the camper to get it ready for June. I have found time to be creative this week. I can do this.

Changes

It\'s our last morning at the beach until June. Why do I feel so different here? It may partially be because I feel less pressed, guilty, rushed. It\'s ok to be and do nothing. I\'m honestly going to try to take some of that home with me this time.

Now that the universe has forced me to take better care of my physical self I\'m starting to examine why I think and do other things in my life. Change is hard but I am worth it.
